Who is SkyBitz Tank Monitoring?

SkyBitz Tank Monitoring is the new name for TankLink, the leader in tank monitoring. The new name came about as a result of a consolidation of the business units of Telular Corporation, a leading M2M communications company based in Chicago. So, same ownership but far more resources and service capabilities.


What types of substances can be monitored using SkyBitz Tank Monitoring telemetry products?

We’ve rarely seen a liquid we can’t monitor. Fluid substances have their own set of physical properties that can influence their environment as well as their monitoring devices. Currently, SkyBitz manufactures tank monitors with sensors that work well with Commodity and Specialty chemicals, petroleum-based chemicals such as crude, gasoline and diesel fuel, propane, lubricants, water and wastewater chemicals, and compressed gases like carbon dioxide, argon, nitrogen, hydrogen and oxygen. If it’s stored in a tank, chances are we have a lot of experience monitoring it.


Are SkyBitz monitoring devices made or assembled in the USA?

SkyBitz monitoring devices are generally a two-part finished product - the head and the sensor. SkyBitz heads are "Made in the USA". Sensors are sourced globally with various countries of origin. The SkyBitz monitoring devices are all "Assembled in the USA".
